E-mail FAQ's

How do I receive mail through ArmmNet?

Option 1) Email Forwarding:

All email sent to your domain eg: *@yourdoman.com will be forwarded to your current email account at your local ISP. (see mail forwarding)

Option 2) Pop3 Mail Box:

During setup you will receive a pop email box username and password for each domain account. That pop3 email username and password is needed to retrieve E-mail from our server with an E-mail program as you desired.

The pop3 server web address is provided to you when you sign up
For a smtp server (Out going mail) we recommend that you use your ISP's SMTP server. Click here to setup

Customers must change their SMTP settings

Due to the spam problem. Our email relay option is turned off on our mail servers. Customers must set their SMTP settings to their current ISP's SMTP server and e-mail address can be set to our mail server (only ok if their ISP allows relay). Click here to setup If their ISP does not allow relay they may change their "reply to" settings only in their mail programs (Netscape, outlook, Eudora).
