Yes. You can upgrade from any ArmmNet plan to the next as

You have unlimited access via FTP 24-hours a day. As such,
you can create and maintain your web pages on your own computer and upload files to your
web site at your leisure.

ArmmNet handle domain registration? |

Yes, we provided domain name registration. You can included
this with your initial order. Or you will need to register your domain name with a domain
register either before establishing or after setting up an ArmmNet account. You may use
our pre-configured register form to submit an order for
just a new domain name or included the domain name with your hosting
order.

existing domain name to ArmmNet? |

Yes. A number of our customers have transferred domains to
our service. When you submitted a new order via the hosting plan
site, be sure to specify that you are requesting a transfer and NOT a new domain.
